Steps for Fenglin eggplant

Wash the large eggplant and cut it into slices. Then cut the eggplant into small fields. (A little thicker).2
Cut the green pepper and red pepper into dices respectively.3

Pour the oil into the pan, about half a pan (finish the eggplant).5
