two-color curling
By KathryneDare
I used to make flower rolls often, but this was the first time I made pumpkin rolls. Although they were ordinary ingredients, ordinary ingredients and added color gave me an extra temptation.
Recipe Recommendations
- flour 400 grams
- pumpkin 70 grams
- edible Trona appropriate amount
- baking powder appropriate amount
Steps for two-color curling

1
Add flour and baking powder to the pumpkin puree, mix it into a dough with moderate hardness, and let stand to ferment. In the same way, ferment with the primary color dough.
2
After fermentation is complete, add edible alkali to the pumpkin dough and primary color dough respectively, and knead it for later use.
3
Knead the two dough into long strips respectively.
4
Roll out the two dough into dough sheets and set aside.
5
Brush the pumpkin dough with a layer of oil.
6
Place the white dough on top.
7
Brush a layer of oil on the white dough.
8
Fold it in half for later use.
9
Cut into uniform pieces and set aside.
10
Draw a knife on each face without cutting it.
11
Pull up both ends with your hands and stretch and twist them into a twist shape.
12
Tie a knot in your hand and make it into a flower ball for later use.
13
Prepare all the rolls and soak for ten minutes.
14
Put it in a steamer, steam on high heat until the water boils, then change to low heat and steam for 18 minutes.
15
Turn off the heat and steam for 2 minutes, open the lid, pick it out, let it cool and serve.
