stir-fried mushrooms with vegetarian miscellaneous ingredients

After the Mid-Autumn Festival, we eat more vegetarian dishes at home. In fact, we usually eat about the same, basically one meat and two vegetarian dishes. Mushrooms are eaten a lot in my house. Children love them, so I can't help it, hehe!

- Tricholoma 1 box
- celery 3 pieces
- carrots 1 piece
- Gherkin 3 pieces
- garlic 2 cloves
- Jiang 1-2 sheet
- oyster sauce 2 tablespoons
- salt 1/4 teaspoon
Steps for stir-fried mushrooms with vegetarian miscellaneous ingredients

Tear off the thick silk of celery and cut into small strips.

Peel the carrot and cut it into small strips.

Wash and slice mushrooms.

Wash the cucumbers and cut them into strips.

Slice ginger, pat garlic flat and peel.

Heat the oil pan and fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add carrots and stir-fry for a while.

Add celery and mushrooms and stir-fry well.

Add oyster sauce, sugar and salt and stir-fry until mushrooms are soft.

Finally, add the cucumbers and stir-fry until they are broken.
