Braised Red Spot Fish

I originally planned to steam the fish, but the fish was too big and there was no suitable plate at home, so I had to cut it into sections and braise it.
Recipe Recommendations
- Jiang 3 tablets
- onion 2 pieces
- corn oil 2 tablespoons
- soy sauce 3 tablespoons
- sugar 1 teaspoon
- cooking wine 1 tablespoon +2 teaspoons
- salt 1 teaspoon

Steps for Braised Red Spot Fish

Wash the red spots and scrape off the black membrane on your stomach.

Cut the fish into 2 pieces and marinate with 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons cooking wine for 10 minutes.

Slice ginger, cut green onion into chopped green onion and set aside.

Heat the oil pan and fry the ginger slices.

Rinse the fish with water, blot dry with kitchen paper, and fry in a pan.

Turn over and fry for a while.

Mix the soy sauce, sugar and cooking wine well.

Pour into the fish, cover and cook over low heat for 8 minutes.

Quickly sprinkle with chopped green onion and simmer for 2 minutes.
