Blueberry mousse cake
I have always liked mousse cake very much, not only because of its beautiful appearance, but also because of its delicate and sweet taste. Normally, if I don't take slices, I hardly cut them into slices. I take a small spoon and eat it slowly. The feeling is really beautiful.
It's a bit far-fetched to call her blueberry mousse cake. I just used blueberry jam, blueberry dried fruits, and blueberry QQ sugar. I never used fresh blueberries. I really couldn't buy them. Even the fruit decoration on the mirror surface was replaced with raisins.
In addition, I added an extra thin cake slice to cover the bottom (equivalent to using two and a half slices), which caused the mousse filling to almost flat after using it. The mirror can only be a shallow layer, which affects the appearance. However, with fewer mirrors, it still feels like a matte!
