Hot noodles dumplings

Dumplings are a folk food with a long history and are very popular among the people. There is a folk saying that "it is better than dumplings." Whether steamed, boiled, or fried dumplings, they are all my favorites.

Steps for Hot noodles dumplings

Divide two hundred grams of flour into two hundred-gram portions and place them in bowls. Add a little salt.

Slowly add 50 grams of boiling water to one portion of flour, and use chopsticks to stir until it becomes snowflake. Add 50 grams of cold water to the other portion, and do the same.

Blanch the flour with boiling water, wait for it to cool a little, and knead it into a ball with your hands. After kneading the other portion into a dough, put the two dough together, knead into a large dough and simmer for 30 minutes. Standby.

Prepare a piece of fresh meat and a handful of celery, and clean it.

Chop the meat well and cut the celery into fine pieces.

Add about 1.5 grams of salt, a little soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and a little cooking oil, and stir well.

Roll the dough into long strips and divide into small doses.

Roll it into a round shape.

Wrap in meat filling and make into dumpling shape.

These are freshly made dumplings.

After steaming, add some vinegar and you are ready to eat.
