Steps for fermented bean wings

Wash the wings and use them to draw a knife on the chicken wings. Marinate with salt and cooking wine for 30 minutes;

Pour oil in a frying pan and heat, stir fry the ginger slices and garlic slices until fragrant, add in the chicken wings and stir fry until color changes;

Add fermented bean curd juice and water;

Simmer until the soup thickens (about 20 minutes).
