Steps for Sunyaki chicken wings root

Chop green onions, ginger, and garlic.

In a clean bowl, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey (if not available, you can replace it with white sugar), and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix well.

Place the wings in a slightly larger container, add half a teaspoon of soy sauce, half a teaspoon of cooking wine, white pepper powder, shredded ginger, and marinate for 15 minutes. (The longer it marinate, the more delicious it becomes)
