Steps for stir-fried fries with double pepper

Ingredients: pepper, red pepper, potatoes. Chili powder, cumin.

Cut the potatoes into strips, soak for 10 minutes, remove, drain, and set aside.

Cut sharp peppers and red peppers into strips for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the spare potato chips and fry it.

Fry until the surface is firm, and remove it; increase the oil temperature, and fry again.

Fry until golden brown, remove and set aside.

Use the remaining temperature of the oil to add the sharp pepper to dehydrated it.

Leave the oil in the pan, add the red pepper and stir-fry.

Add the sharp peppers and stir-fry.

Add spare potato chips.

Season with salt, monosodium glutamate, paprika powder, and cumin.

Stir well over medium heat, then turn off the heat.
