Ingredients: Box of tofu-1 box of shallots-3 scallion slices-1 slice

Place the tofu plate in a steamer, cover the lid, steam over high heat for about 8 minutes, and then remove.

Pour off excess water from the tofu plate. Standby.

Heat the pan with oil and saute the chopped chives.

Remove and drain the oil.

There are light soy sauce, oil consumption, soy sauce and chicken essence powder as seasonings.
