Steps for Stewed pumpkin with beans

Wash all ingredients.

Cut pork into small pieces, and pumpkin into small pieces. Cut the green onions into chopped green onions, and cut the ginger into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a wok, add the pork and stir-fry.

Add chopped green onion and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, add soy sauce.

Add the beans and continue to stir-fry.

Stir fry until the beans change color and add the pumpkin.

Add salt and appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat to simmer slowly.

When all the ingredients are cooked, add MSG and serve out of the pan.
