Steps for Homemade salted duck eggs

Wash the duck eggs, dry them with a rag, and dry them naturally.

Pour the Erguotou wine into the bowl and pour the salt into the bowl.

Put the duck eggs in the wine and roll for 20-30 seconds.

Put it into a bowl filled with salt and roll it in to cover the duck eggs with salt.

Put it in a crisper bag.

Squeeze out the air in the fresh-keeping bag and tie a knot to seal it, so you can put more bags.

Place it in a cool place for 30-40 days, take it out and cook it when eating
