Steps for Steamed sophora japonica

When you pick the sophora flowers, first remove the stems and old leaves and wash them.

Control the moisture and place it in a large vessel.

Sprinkle with proper amount of dry flour and stir well, not too much flour. (About 200 grams)

Then transfer to a large plate.

Put it into the pan, cover the lid, and steam over water and high heat for about ten minutes.

Turn off the heat, simmer for a while, then open the lid and serve.
