Steps for Chicken legs in soy sauce

1
Peel the chicken leg and stab it a few times to get the flavor. (I don't eat chicken skin at home, so I peeled it off. You can omit this step if you like it.)
2
Slice ginger and peel garlic.
3
Cut the green onions into small pieces.
4
Heat the oil pan and saute the ginger and garlic until fragrant.
5
Add the chicken legs and fry until slightly discolored.
6
Pour in soy sauce, wine and sugar and bring to a boil.
7
Cook over medium to medium heat until the chicken legs are cooked and the sauce is thick. Stir several times in the middle to make the color even.
8
Sprinkle with chopped green onion to increase the aroma.
9
Eating the whole chicken leg is enjoyable!
