1
Steam the purple sweet potatoes, peel them, and grind them into mud.
2
Add flour and proper amount of baking powder, add proper amount of water, and mix into large ears.

Mix the dough into a moderately soft dough, cover it, let it sit and ferment. At the same time, follow the same method, ferment together with a white dough.
4
The fermentation of both dough is completed when the honeycomb shape is peeled open.
5
Place the fermented dough on the panel, add edible alkali, and knead the dough using a stretching method. In less than 10 minutes, the dough can be pulled out of the film. You should know that the steamed buns made from this state of dough are very muscular and palatable.

Drain and knead the two dough for later use.

Roll out the two dough into a large dough sheet and stack it top and bottom for later use.
8
Wrap into dough rolls for later use.

Take two rolls and lay them down on the panel.
11
Use chopsticks to pinch the middle of the dough and squeeze hard to create the pattern.
12
When all is done, wait ten minutes.
13
Put the steamed buns into a steamer and steam for 15 minutes on low heat.
14
After turning off the heat, after 1-2 minutes, open the lid and pick out the steamed buns to cool and eat or refrigerate.
