Steps for stir-fried eggplant with beans

Wash the beans and select them for later use.

Wash the eggplant and cut it into hob pieces for later use.

Pour oil into the pan, add more oil, and cook until it is 60% hot.

Put the beans in to soak up the oil.

Remove and drain the oil for later use.

Then put the eggplant in and let the oil go.

Then pour out the oil in the pan, leave some base oil, and add garlic to saute until fragrant.

Then put the oiled beans and eggplant in, add light soy sauce, and stir fry with salt for a few times.

Put the chicken essence out of the pan.
