It's good to eat more bitter gourd in summer, but I don't like the bitter taste very much. Once a friend came and there was not much food at home, so he fried the bitter gourd that I had bought for several days. Unexpectedly, he said it was delicious. I was happy. I like the feeling when others say that my food is delicious. hehe

Steps for stir-fried bitter gourd with pickles
