Steps for Black Bean Chili

Ingredients: Sharp pepper, 50g black fermented bean, green onion and ginger.

Cut the sharp peppers into strips and chop the green onions and ginger.

Raise the pan to heat the oil and saute the chives and ginger.

Add the pepper.

Stir fry repeatedly with strong heat.

stir-fry until the sharp peppers collapse, and some of them will show signs of burnt. Add the black bean sauce and stir-fry.

After saut-fry the fermented soybeans until fragrant, stir the pepper and fermented soybeans evenly, add salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.

Stir fry evenly, and serve on a plate.
