Steps for stir-fried radish and vegetable

One pound of tender radish seedlings, remove the roots and rotten vegetable leaves, and wash them with clean water.

Use a kitchen knife to cut twice into three pieces.

Turn on high heat and put appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pan. After the oil is heated, add a little water to boil. (Add water to allow the vegetables to be evenly heated after they are put into the pan.) After the water boils, quickly pour the vegetables into the pan and stir fry twice, and immediately add salt and chicken essence to plate and remove from the pan.
