Steps for stir-fried fungus with sliced carrot

Prepare fresh fine fungus, wash it and plate it for later use.

Put some water in the pot, turn on high heat to bring the water to a boil, and then put the fine fungus in for a short while.

One carrot, wash and peel.

Use a knife to make five grooves. (After reading everyone's, I realized that there were molds to make this. I didn't even know about it. I have been using this method all the time, and it seems to be quite good.)

Then cut it horizontally, and the flower piece comes out. Cut it thin and thick and do it yourself.

Hold the pan over high heat and put the oil in, add the ginger to stir-fry first.

Then add carrots in and stir-fry.

Stir fry the carrots until they are sixty-ripe, add green peppers in and stir-fry.

Then put the fungus in and stir-fry it together. (There is no need to stir-fry the fungus after being boiled)

Then add garlic, salt, and chicken essence, stir fry well, and place on a plate and take out of the pot.
