Steps for Raphael Cake

1
Procedure for preparing the cake: Separate the egg white from the egg and the yolk, and beat up the egg white in a large bowl. In a separate large bowl, add 6 egg yolks to 6 tablespoons of hot water and beat together, then add sugar and beat together until they turn into foam.
2
Add the sifted flour and baking powder and stir evenly, remembering to pour the flour in slowly.
3
Then add the foamed egg white into a large bowl and stir it up and down with a wooden spoon. Remember to stir it up and down, not stir it in circles, otherwise the foam will disappear and the baked cake will not taste good!
4
Spread butter on the baking container, sprinkle with a thin layer of flour, and add in the mixture.5
Preheat the oven and add the cake to 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
6
While baking the cake, we prepare to make Raphael cream. Melt the white chocolate in hot water and let cool. Stir the condensed milk and concentrated milk evenly at the same time.
7
Add the almost cold white chocolate to the bowl.
8
Add coconut powder and chopped almonds.
9
Finally, add the whipped cream and slowly stir it up and down until evenly, so that Raphael cream is ready
10
Once the cake has cooled, cut it into two cake slices. Bring 150 ml of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon coconut powder and 1 tablespoon coconut sweet wine. Then wet the two cake slices with it.
11
Spread half of Raphael cream on one cake slice, cover with another layer, and press gently to fill evenly across the entire cake surface.
12
Spread the edges and surface of the cake evenly with the remaining Raphael cream.
13
Sprinkle coconut powder on the cake to cover it evenly and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. For decoration, I chose to decorate the edges with sugar-red color, and then sprinkled the decorative sugar on the surface of the cake into a caring shape! Isn't it good?!
