Crispy fried fish steak
By RaoulHackett
On the weekend, my baby went back to his aunt's house to stay for a few days. It's just my husband and I at home. It is rare to enjoy the world of two people... I wanted to go out to eat, but I thought I'd better make my own dinner! I get tired of eating the same food every day, and I just want to make Western dinner. So let's have something new this evening and have a different dinner... Eat fish steak with red wine. Give yourself a ~~ comfortable time to enjoy your meal...

Steps for Crispy fried fish steak

1
Ingredients: Frozen fish flour, bread crumbs, eggs
2
Wash the fish, wipe with a little salt and marinate for 5 minutes.
3
Place appropriate amount of flour on a plate and wrap with flour.
4
Beat an egg into a bowl, add chicken essence powder, stir well into egg liquid, and wrap the fish with a layer of egg liquid.
5
Wrap in a layer of bread bran. Gently press the bread crumbs on the fish. Refrigerate for a few minutes. (Prevent the bread crumbs from falling when frying)
6
Heat a pan, add appropriate amount of oil, and add the wrapped fish. (You don't need much oil, but you can fry it)
7
Fry slowly over low heat, frying one side to brown, and frying the other side to brown.
8
Put the fried fish on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. Finally, serve on a plate with ketchup, mixed beans and mayonnaise to your liking.
