Steps for Curried chicken legs

Chop the chicken legs into small pieces, add salt, pepper, and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into small pieces.

Cut green pepper and onion into small pieces.

Add the chicken legs in a hot pot with cold oil and stir-fry until they change color and serve for later use.
