I created this sushi by accident.
Speaking of which, once I was eating sushi at home, I thought that the sushi tasted light, but there was no mustard at home, so I dipped it in some Korean hot sauce. Unexpectedly, eating sushi dipped in Korean spicy sauce would have a special taste. Later, I thought, wouldn't it be better if the spicy sauce was rolled directly into the sushi?
So, I made this Korean sushi with spicy sauce. The rice with spicy sauce will be a little thinner than usual, but the taste is really gray and delicious! Try the cheese that likes hot sauce!
