Steps for chocolate biscuits

Melt butter at room temperature, add sugar, and stir.

Put in the sifted flour and cocoa powder. I used Kolego instead of cocoa powder. I thought Kolego had a milky aroma.

Melt the chocolate out of water.

Add the chocolate and knead to form a dough.

Spread plastic wrap on top and bottom and roll it into thin slices.

Place the cut cookies on tin foil, preheat the oven for 5 minutes, and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. I don't have a mold, so I can only cut it with a knife. The finished product is ugly, but it tastes great and has a strong chocolate flavor.
