Steps for Winged fin root

About 1 pound of wings is enough for a plate (mine is 10 pieces).

Blanch the wings with boiling water and strain off the foam.

Add salt, cooking wine, chicken essence, and soy sauce to blanched fin roots and marinate for 30 minutes to taste.

Prepare a large bowl of beer.

Set aside with green onions, garlic, ginger and red peppers.

Put a little bit of base oil into the pan. If you have too much, it will get greasy. Put in the wings.

Add onions, garlic, ginger, pepper, salt, sugar, and pour into beer.

Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes to remove the sauce.
