Steps for Roasted eggplant with potatoes

The ingredients to be prepared are 1 potato and 1 long eggplant.

Wash the eggplant, remove the bottom and cut it into pieces.

Wash and peel the potatoes into small pieces.

Put more oil in the pan and heat the eggplant into the pan.

Fry the eggplant to soft and discolor, remove and set aside.

Heat the oil before putting the potatoes into the pan.

It's better to fry the potatoes soft and brown, and then add some oil everywhere, leaving only a little bit of it (because the eggplant and potatoes themselves are over-fried, and if you put too much oil in the base, it will get tired).
