Chili paste is one of the indispensable seasonings in people's daily lives. When cooking meat, as long as you add homemade chili paste, you can turn it into a delicious dish. The chili paste on the market is either too oily or too much coloring. I made it myself without adding oil or coloring. Eating with peace of mind is healthy.

Steps for Homemade chili paste

Ingredients: Red pepper refers to the sky, pepper, dried onion, garlic, rice, ginger

Cut shallots, garlic and ginger into slices. Soak the peppers until soft, wash and remove the handles of the red peppers.

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

Add the right amount of water.

Stir until paste.

Put the prepared hot sauce into a glass bottle. Store in the refrigerator for several days.
