Steps for Orange shrimp fried rice

1
Cut the corn in half of the green, yellow and green colored peppers in Figure 1, half of the onion, and ginger, garlic and onions, and peel it for later use. I don't eat canned food, so I don't use the corn in cans.
2
Serve the rice well and set aside.
3
Rub the oranges with salt water and wash them, because they need to make tools for serving rice.
4
Open a mouth of the orange, dig out the pulp with a knife, and set aside the juice. Then, as shown in the picture below, pick up the shrimp with sausage paste, add rice wine, scalp it with boiling water, and chop it up and use it on the back.
5
Break the eggs into the pan and put a little oil into the pan.
6
Use a spatula to scoop the eggs and remove them for later use.
7
Put two spoonfuls of olive oil, one spoonful of salt, and small hot chives, ginger and garlic in the pan. If you think the shrimp meat is a little fishy, add a little pork or lard.
8
Add onions and add to the pan and continue to fry until fragrant.
9
After saute until fragrant, add shrimp and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add colorful peppers and corn. Eggs.
10
Saute all ingredients until fragrant, add rice and stir for two minutes.
11
Gently pour the orange juice into the fried rice, and then stir-fry the rice until soft and granular. Then sprinkle with chopped green onion and drop a few drops of sesame oil.
12
The stir-fried rice is put into an orange cup, which is fragrant and refreshing. Enjoy it. I can only take one orange rice when I take pictures. The other one will be eaten by the time I finish my work.
