In autumn and winter, drink a bowl of warm desserts. This papaya milk stew is very, very simple and delicious. I often stew a small bowl when I have time at home.

There is no ripe papaya in the supermarket. You can buy back green papaya and put it in the refrigerator for about a week, or store it at room temperature for about 2 days. It will be ripe. It will taste better when eaten yellow.
