Steps for Shredded papaya salad

Peel and shred papaya, add appropriate amount of salt, vinegar, and cooked chili oil. Cut garlic into minced garlic and set aside.

Put the cooking oil into a frying pan, over low heat, and add the pepper. When the pepper turns black, remove it. Add minced garlic; minced garlic until browned, remove from the pan. Pour the oil and minced garlic into the shredded papaya and mix well.

Top with a little coriander.
