Eadame and bitter gourd pork ribs soup

Light soups with reduced heat. I only put half of the bitter gourd in it, and there was no bitterness at all. If I put one, it might taste better.

Steps for Eadame and bitter gourd pork ribs soup

Wash the ribs and set aside.

Wash the peeled edamame you bought and used for later use.

Remove the seeds from the bitter gourd and slice it, slice the ginger into slices, and cut the green onions into sections for later use.
