Steps for bean buns

1
Add yeast to the flour, add a box of milk and appropriate amount of water, stir well, knead into a ball, and let stand to ferment.
2
After the dough is fermented, knead it into semi-cylindrical strips, cut them into bad ingredients, flatten them, and roll them into small round-shaped dough sheets.
3
Take a dough sheet and wrap in appropriate amount of bean paste filling (I bought the ready-made bean paste filling, which can be better made by myself).
4
Pick up one side of the dough, fold it along, and wrap it into the shape of a steamed bun.
5
Put the stuffing on the dough sheet one by one, wrap it into steamed buns, place it on the rice sheet, and simmer for 20 minutes.
6
Put water in the steamer. After boiling, add the raw steamed buns one by one.
7
Cover the pan and steam for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, cool slightly, take out the steamed buns, and serve.
