Steps for Scrambled eggs with celery

Wash the celery and shred it, and use an egg for use.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the eggs over low heat, and stir the eggs on a loose plate. (Stir fry over low heat can make the eggs fluffy and tender.)

Add shredded celery to the remaining oil and stir fry over high heat.

Stir fry until it is almost cooked, add 1 spoonful of salt and a small amount of water, cook slightly, add eggs and stir well.
