Steps for Grilled pork chop with mustard cheese

Marinate pork chops with salt and black pepper for about 20 minutes.

Prepare mustard, cheese powder, and thinly slice tomatoes for later use.

Put the olive oil in the frying pan and heat it up. Add the pork chops on both sides and fry for about 3 minutes (fry off most of the oil over high heat). Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
