Steps for Zhenxin tofu

Prepare a piece of rough tofu and a piece of gauze for later use.

Add chopped green onion, egg white, starch to tofu, and mix well.

Put the prepared mushrooms, appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate into the pork filling, but add less sesame oil and mix well. Chop the shrimps into shrimp paste. Stand by.
