Steps for Braised potatoes with pork ribs sauce

1
A bowl of pork ribs juice, three potatoes peeled and cut on a hob.
2
Pour the pork ribs juice into the soup pot, add appropriate amount of water, a small spoonful of soy sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat.
3
When the soup boils, add the potatoes, add a small amount of salt, mix well, cover the lid and simmer, and reduce the heat when boiling.
4
Every five minutes, open the lid and shake it with a spoon to avoid burning the bottom. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, poke it with chopsticks. If it is easy to poke it all the way, cook it well, then collect the juice on high heat, and when collecting, you should copy it from time to time until the soup becomes very thick. Basically, you can turn off the heat when it is almost dry. Add a small amount of chicken essence and pepper powder before starting the pan. (Note: The amount of salt, chicken essence, and pepper used in this step should be reduced compared with usual cooking. Because the pork rib juice itself has seasoning, you cannot add more. Please add seasoning according to the ratio of potatoes and water added.)
