I think many of the food makers who often visit gourmets are like me. They live a nine-to-five working life. After getting off work, they can only cook some quick food. Steps for Double pepper gluten

Prepare gluten, green and red peppers (I forgot to take photos here for the red peppers)

Tear the gluten by hand into pieces of the right size

Wash the green and red peppers and shred them

Heat the oil in the pan and saute the chives, ginger and garlic

Add the gluten and stir fry

Stir well, add green and red peppers and stir fry. After the peppers are cut off, add soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, white pepper powder, chicken essence, and sesame oil, stir well and serve on a plate
