Ingredients: Green pepper, hot sauce.

Wash the green peppers, remove the stalks and seeds, and dice (large pieces).

Heat the oil in a pan and add the green peppers.

Stir fry quickly and repeatedly over medium heat.

Stir fry until browned, and remove for later use.

Leave the oil in the pan, add the chili paste (you can use a little water), and stir fry well.

Add the spare green pepper.

Quickly stir fry well, add MSG to freshen up.
