Preheat to 160 degrees, brush the surface with egg liquid, and sprinkle with some sugar if you like. Put in preheated oven. Bake at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes, and cover with tin foil when the color is good to prevent scorching. The small one took a total of 30 minutes to bake.
