Steps for chocolate mousse cake

Cool the baked cake thoroughly in the mold. Melt the chocolate out of water. Rub the orange peel into powder and add to the chocolate. Squeeze the oranges into juice and add to the chocolate. Separate the eggs, add the egg yolks to the chocolate, and stir well.

Beat egg white until stiff. First scoop a spoonful of egg white and stir into the chocolate, then stir all the egg white into the chocolate.

When I made it, I used 150g of dark chocolate to make mousse, which was too much. An extra small bottle to eat as bread sauce. So when I wrote this, I only wrote 100 grams of dark chocolate. The amount should be similar.
