Braised chicken with potatoes
Dad's company distributed a chicken to each person on National Day. It was a local chicken (raised)~
It looks like it weighs a full three kilograms. Our family rarely buys chicken to eat on weekdays (mainly because it is too troublesome), and we don't know how to taste it for a while.
I remembered that I haven't eaten potatoes for many days, so why not have a chicken braised with potatoes ~
