T's breakfast is almost always served with sugary eggs and desserts.
So today I made this fake candy heart egg cake and made it to my T.

Bottom of cake: Beat butter and sugar.

Stir flour and baking powder with an egg beater and stir well.

Add the flour to the butter in 3 portions and stir well on low speed. At this time, the batter is strong, and stirring at a low speed will feel resistance. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk to make the batter soft and easy to stir with an electric egg beater.

Pour the batter into the mold and smooth it out. Place in preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let the baked cake cool.

Cut the cake into six pieces. Pseudo-sugar-cored egg part: Add cream to powdered sugar and cream stabilizing powder and stir hard. Divide the whipped cream onto the cut cake.

Remove canned apricots and place carefully on top of the cream. Finally, sprinkle with some almond powder and serve.
