Steps for Steamed golden pomfret

Wash and remove the belly of a golden pomfret, cut the fish body with a knife, and apply thin salt to marinate slightly.

Stuff some of the chopped green onions and ginger into the fish maw, and place some on the plate and on the fish.

Put water in the pot, boil the water, and steam the fish.

Steam on high heat for seven minutes and steam on low heat for two minutes. (Depending on fish size)
