First, wash the ribs, and then buy some ginger that is usually marinated with vinegar and sugar. This ginger is sour and sweet and very delicious, and it is better for cooking vegetables. Add a little oil, then add the pickled ginger in, stir-fry, and add the ribs when they are fragrant.2
Finally add the soy sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Finally, use soy flour to make a paste, add it in and stir-fry it.
