Steps for Homemade hot and sour noodles

1
Soak sweet potato powder in boiling water. I feel that the boiling water is too soft, so it is best to soak in warm water.
2
Mix garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, chili oil, chicken essence, pepper oil, five-spice powder, and pepper powder in a bowl for later use.
3
Stir fry the pork filling with oil (because I was too busy frying and forgot to take photos, so serve the stir-fried meat directly).
4
Fry the eggs well (because my daughter loves them, she added eggs).
5
Put water in the pan and boil the soaked sweet potato flour and ham (because there are no green vegetables at home, ham is used instead).
6
When it was out of the pan, I put in the seasoning, stir-fried meat paste and eggs, and finally I added some pickled mustard. Hehe, you can eat now. Because it's a patchwork, just make do with it.
7
Finally, there was the eggplant that was not eaten at noon, so I heated it up and ate it together at night.
8
Because it's a little salty, I put too much salt, so I'll have a glass of watermelon juice/enjoy it after eating it.
