Bean, potato, chicken, and hu cake
This is a very delicious Northeastern dish. I personally like it very much. It is stewed in a large pot, and it is hot and fragrant.

Let's all give it a try...

Still the same... My photography skills and camera are average. Alas... Let's get together and have a look... As long as the food is delicious.. haha

Steps for Bean, potato, chicken, and hu cake

  • Make step 0
    1
    1. Mix dough. I use boiling water to soften the dough. Then roll the dough into pancakes. Coat the pancakes with oil, add chopped green onion, pepper flour, and salt, roll them up from one side, roll them into a round roll, and finally roll them into a cake. It's almost like cooperative gluten cakes.. I'm actually not very good at making pasta.. Everyone is not allowed to laugh at me. I am a little man.. haha

    2. Chicken rack, wash and chop, and cook for 20-25 minutes (you can also use pork belly or pork ribs, just use pork belly directly into the pot). Put it out and make use of it. Don't eat chicken soup. Spare oil--> chopped green onion, ginger slices, saute until fragrant--> potatoes (you can add some five-spice powder, pepper powder) and stir fry---> Add the chicken rack and stir fry--> Add the beans and stir fry---> Add the soy sauce (I added two and a half stir-fry spoons, but according to personal taste), an alista, sugar, cooking wine, salt, and monosodium glutamate. Stir fry and add chicken soup. (If you think there is not enough soup, you can add more water.), simmer over high heat

Hu the cake on top of the vegetables. High heat for 5 minutes, medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Cover the pan... haha. It's delicious all the time.
