Spinach ham pancakes

Spinach ham pancakes
I made sweet pancakes two days ago and made them into summer plum buns.
Pancakes can of course be eaten salty. Like today.
The shredded spinach is boiled with cream and cheese into a spinach puree, used as filling, and placed in the freshly spread hot pancakes. It is very delicious.
This dish was made at the last minute today. There is no suitable salad at home to go with it. Otherwise, it would be more complete with some salad and some smoked salmon slices.
Originally, I wanted to make three pancake rolls, put them in a mold, sprinkle them with cheese, and then roast them. So in Figure 12, the other half of the merger also has spinach stuck to it because I rolled it. The reason why we didn't do this was that Big T came to the kitchen at that time, saw that it was ready, and wanted to eat it when he was greedy. So I stopped, made stuffing for writing, and just served the table. It's definitely a good taste that you shouldn't miss.
