Fried rice with soy sauce and egg
At my son's request, the egg fried rice required eggs, some soy sauce, and nothing else. Reminds me of when I was a child, my family was poor and had no eggs. My mother would directly stir-fried rice with soy sauce for us. My brother and I thought it was so delicious that we wanted to eat fried rice every day.
