Black pepper ribs

- ribs 500 grams
- green onions 1 piece
- Jiang 2 tablets
- garlic 4-merous

- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- cooking wine 1 tablespoon

- black pepper sauce 2 tablespoons
- salt a little
- chicken essence a little
Steps for Black pepper ribs

Blanch the ribs with water and wash them.

Add soy sauce, cooking wine and 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper and marinate for 30 minutes.

Cut the green onions into slices, take 1/3 of them and place them with the ginger and garlic.

Cut the red pepper into small pieces and place with the rest of the green onions.

Put 100 grams of oil in a frying pan, heat it, and add the ribs to coat the oil.

Until the surface of the ribs is browned, remove from the pan.

Pour out the oil in the wok, leave a little base oil, and stir-fry the ingredients in Figure 3 below until fragrant.

Lower the ribs and stir well.

Add sweet glutinous rice wine and soy sauce, and stir-fry well.

Add water to cover the ribs, bring to a boil over high heat and turn to low heat to simmer.

Boil the pork ribs until the soup is thick, drain the water, and remove from the pan.

Wash the frying pan, add a little base oil, and stir-fry the ingredients in Figure 4 below until fragrant.

Turn to low heat, add black pepper sauce and stir well.

Add the ribs, stir-fry well, add a little salt and chicken essence to taste, and sprinkle with a little freshly ground black pepper. Serve.
